DYRIDE AVL
Versatile dye carrier that is suitable for atmospheric becks, pressure becks, beams, and high temperature dyeing. A moderately foaming carrier for dyeing of 100% polyester and 100% triacetate or their blends, gives excellent color yield and a shorter dye cycle. Biodegradable, produces good Barre’ coverage, yield, and leveling.

Fixing Agents

GARDOL® 130/135/140/150/165/175
A highly effective acid dye fixative for nylon fiber. Improves the wetfastness of nylon dyed with acid and pre-metallized dyes over a wide pH range. Does not cause staining on nylon fiber, nor does it affect the physical properties. High affinity for nylon, thereby, it is an excellent reserving agent for dyeing of nylon/cellulosic blends.

GARDOL® DR/NF
A formaldehyde-free fixative for improving wetfastness properties of direct and fiber reactive dyes on cellulosic fabrics. It can be applied to fabric or yarn by exhaust or continuous application. It also allows for minimal affect on shade change and lightfastness.

GARDOL® CWF
An effective fixing agent for use in the after treatment of direct and fiber reactive dyes, improving wet fastness and color fastness.

GARDOL® 4000 SERIES
Series of formaldehyde free cationic polymers used as dye fixatives for direct, reactive, sulfur and pigment dyes. Minimal effect on lightfastness.

GARDOL® 716
Cationic polymer with dual functionality. Is used as a pretreatment for garment dyeing and indigo dye fixation.

GARDOL® 1541
A formaldehyde-free polymeric fixative for fiber reactives,especially for preventing cold water bleeding. DOT:NR.

Dispersing Agents

APCOSPERSE 1792
Additive for reducing backstaining in desizing and cellulase abrasion processes. Excellent dispersing and anti-redeposition properties. Minimize agglomeration, scaling, and/or redeposition of process solubilized contaminants. Compatible with alpha amylase and cellulase enzymes used in garment processing.

Oxidants/Reducers

COLORCLEAR® SOLUTION
Registered trademark of Rohm and Haas Company for its solution of stabilized sodium borohydride. Rohm and Haas and Apollo Chemical Company, LLC will assist in optimizing this patented technology for maximum performance properties. Multiple uses include clearing agent for polyester and polyester/cotton blends; stripping system for cotton, polyester (both disperse and cationic dyeable) and blends; reductive bleach system for nylon/lycra, and wool; excellent machine cleaner.

Liquid Alkalis

DYBILD® ALK
Liquid alkali for dyeing of cellulose with fiber reactives. Replaces, TSP, Soda Ash and caustic for pH control. A buffered product which promotes level dyeings and brighter shades. Can be added at beginning of cycle or at high temperatures.

DYBILD® ES-66 (Patented)
A cost effective, phosphate free liquid alkali designed to replace soda ash in all types of reactive dyeing. This product is designed to deliver the proper amount of total alkali to give excellent yield and reproducibility. Recommended in the reduction phase of vat and sulfur dyeing. It is not recommended to replace soda ash as an after-treatment of sulfur black to prevent tendering.

DYBILD® KC
A buffered liquid alkali formulated as direct replacement in fiber reactive dyeing, where soda ash is used.

DYBILD® SA
A buffered liquid alkali for dyeing cellulosic fibers with all types of fiber reactive dyes. DYBILD® SA is a phosphate free product.

DYBILD® IBB
An effective, liquid buffering agent for use in scouring various textile substrates. When used in conjunction with the proper wetting/scouring agent, will improve scouring efficiency by raising and controlling the bath pH. Is particularly suited for use in continuous scour ranges with pad-wash or pad-steam-wash configurations

Soaping Agents

APOLLOSCOUR SDRS/KBA
An excellent soaping agent for the removal of surface hydrolyzed dyes from cotton and polyester/cotton blends dyed with fiber reactive dyes. Exhibits excellent dispersing properties keeping the disperse and reactive dyes in suspension during the preparation of the dye solution and dyeing process.

APOLLOSCOUR WPC
Soaping agent for the removal of surface hydrolyzed dyes from cotton and polyester/cotton blends dyed with fiber reactives. Exhibits excellent dispersing properties keeping disperse and reactive dyes in suspension during the preparation of the dye solution and dyeing process. Is buffered to a slightly acid pH (6.0-6.5), thus preventing alkaline hydrolysis of certain classes of fiber reactive dyes such as vinyl sulfone types. The chelation properties along with the slightly acid pH helps to solubilize reactive dyes and keeps disperse dyes for polyester homogeneously dispersed.

APCOCLEAR P/C
Afterclearing agent for polyester and polyester/cotton (disperse/reactive) blends. Normally, the polyester portion requires afterclearing before dyeing of cotton to clean off the disperse dye staining on the cotton. Allows for the polyester afterclear to be eliminated thus the polyester and cotton can be "soaped" at the same time, resulting in a time/cost savings.

APOLLOSCOUR 1924
Dispersant for the reduction of backstaining on cotton denim garments during desizing and cellulose abrasion processes as well as for post scouring after the abrasion cycle. Effective in controlling the backstaining onto pocketing and other non denim components and is particularly effective on polyester fabrics. Effective under a wide range of temperature and pH conditions, giving it flexibility to be used with all classes of enzymes and all processes. Compatible with alpha amylase enzymes, allowing it to be used in desize operations as well as in the abrasion process.

Machine Cleaners

APCOCLEANER JWM
Heavy-duty, high foaming cleaner for high temperature dyeing equipment. APCOCLEANER JWM will effectively emulsify oils, dyes, and grease tars found inside and outside of machines without the need for additional alkali.

APCOCLEANER EC
A solvent-free, heavy machine cleaner for high temperature dyeing equipment. It dissolves trimers and removes excessive build-up on the walls of dyeing equipment.

Defoamers

BARFOAMKIL® GLF-134
A non-silicone defoamer, which provide efficient foam control during the dyeing, printing and finishing processes. It can be used in atmospheric and pressure applications and effectively control foam generation in jet dyeing.

BARFOAMKIL®
An effective oil-free defoamer for all textile wet applications. Controls foam generation during jet dyeing, especially during the depressurization processes. Excellent emulsion stability and pH stable.

BARFOAMKIL® WB-NS
Non-silicone defoamer which provides efficient foam control during the dyeing, printing and finishing processes. Can be used in atmospheric and pressure applications, and effectively controls foam generation in jet dyeing.

Levelers

APCOLEV MWA
A Superior leveling agent for acid and pre-matallized dyes on nylon. APCOLEV MWA provides excellent levelers and dye migration during the dyeing cycle.

APCOLEV WN
An excellent leveling and migrating agent for acid and pre-metallized dyestuffs on nylon and wool. Very effective in controlling Barre´ on nylon.

DYLEV CDL
A unique direct dye leveler and stabilizer for dyeing of cellulosic and polyester/cellulosic blends. Allows for salt addition at the beginning of the dyeing cycle, reducing cycle time over convention levelers.

DYLEV YDL
Superior direct dye leveler for dyeing cellulosic and polyester/cellulosic blends. Provides excellent leveling, migration and tone-on-tone shade build.

SOLV-IT
A multi-functional dyeing assistant designed to eliminate dyeing carrier, levelers, dispersant and lubricant for the high temperature exhaust dyeing of polyester and polyester blends.

APCOLEV HT-265
A high temperature leveler/migrator for dyeing polyester with disperse dyes. It allows for on-tone build of shade plus excellent migrating properties at 265° F. to yield level and uniform dyeings. Using it in pressure dyeings at 250° - 265° F., eliminates the need for carriers that are not environmentally friendly.

Lubricants

BARBALUBE® FL-62/285
Dyebath lubricant for cotton, poly/cotton, acrylic, nylon and polyester. Can be used in bleaching or dyeing to help prevent cracks, creases, and rope marks. Can be used in all types of dyeing equipment.

BARBALUBE® 366/732
An effective dyebath lubricant for use on cotton, polyester, acrylic, nylon, wool and their blends in all types of wet processing equipment such as jet, beam, beck, paddle, and package. It lubricates the fiber during bleaching or dyeing, and helps prevent problems associated with trimer formation, crack marks, chafing, and rope marks.

BARBALUBE® 1423
100% active, nonionic liquid softener and lubricant used in bleaching, dyeing and finishing. Designed specifically as an outstanding dyebath lubricant. Can also be used for reducing crack and crease marks during garment processing. DOT:NR.

BARBALUBE® SAS
An anionic, cost effective polymeric lubricant that is outstanding when used for reducing crack and crease marks during garment processing. DOT: NR.

BARBALUBE® PLC
Desizing additive with excellent penetrating, plasticizing and lubricating properties. Effective at reducing streaks and creases in garment desizing. DOT: NR.

Miscellaneous

APOLLOCHLOR 200
General-purpose water softener and chlorine neutralizer. Recommended for dyeing with directs and fiber reactives to prevent shade change due to chlorine present in water.

Antistats

BARSTAT PF-1/PA2
An effective cationic antistatic agent for all natural and synthetic fibers. It can be applied by spray, pad or exhaust. It imparts excellent fiber/metal lubricity and good interfiber cohesion.

Edgegums

BONDEDGEGUM NP-4
A non-permanent anticurling agent with excellent adhesion for all types of synthetic knit goods and cotton jersey fabrics. It is a non-flammable liquid, easily diluted with water.

BONDEDGEGUM SERIES
Nonaqueous, solvent based anticurling agent for all types of knitted fabrics. This line of products is available in various film strengths, resin types and solvents to meet a wide range of requirements.

Flame Retardants

BARFIRE OTF-NEW
Very effective, durable flame retardant and carrier for polyester, nylon and polyester/nylon blends. Applied by exhaust, pad or spray. Particularly used in automotive, upholstery, drapery fabrics, wall coverings and carpets. California registration #C-12000.

BARFIRE PCR
An effective and economical, non-durable flame retardant for polyester, cotton, rayon and their blends. Applied by pad, spray or foam. Compatible in PVA, PVA-Acrylic, Acrylic, PVC and SBR resin systems. California registration #C-12002.

BARFIRE AFP
Highly effective flame retardant for polyester, nylon and other synthetic fabrics. Can be padded, sprayed, or exhausted onto fabrics to assist in meeting NFPA 701, FMVSS 302 or California Title 19 requirements.

BARFIRE RE
Effective flame retardant for cotton, polyester/cotton and polyester. Water soluble flame retardant which can be applied by pad, foam, or spray. Does not cause problems such as water spotting or ringing or harsh hand. Registered for use in California by the California State Fire Marshall. Tested by an approved laboratory in accordance with provisions of Section 13121 of the California Health and Safety Code and meets the minimum requirements established by the California State Fire Marshall.

A synthetic antimigrant for continuous dyeing applications. Controls migration of pigments and dyes including disperse, vat, and sulfur types. Minimizes or eliminates problems such as front to back shading, white under the neps, and white crossovers. Formulated and designed to prevent problems with build up on rolls and clips. Readily removed in the afterwash.
Polymerized under carefully controlled conditions to assure uniformity and consistency.

APCOTHERM ST-42

APCOTHERM 4600 SERIES
Series of water soluble synthetic polymers exhibiting adhesion and film forming characteristics desirable in the finishing of 100% cotton and polyester/cotton fabrics. These polymers assist in the stabilization of fabric without significantly modifying hand. Excellent choices to replace starch and starch ethers. Easy to handle, low potential of build up on equipment and little or no effect on shade change or yellowing of fabric.

Softeners

FLUFTONE® POLYETHYLENES
Nonionic high density polyethylene wax emulsions of 25% and 35% concentrations respectively emulsified using alcohol ethoxylates or nonyl phenol ethoxylates. They can be used in no-iron finishes to help improve needle-cutting and tear strength, improving hand and fabric appearance in pre-cured and post-cured fabrics. Can also be used for napping polyester and poly/cotton fleece blends.

FLUFTONE® MVM
Nonionic general-purpose softener for textile finishing applications. It is especially formulated for providing a soft, full hand on 100% cotton, poly/cotton blends, or other natural fibers. It also provides excellent resistance to yellowing on whites and light shades.

FLUFTONE® APS/100
A non-yellowing softener and napping agent for use in a wide variety of of natural and synthetic fibers. Can be used as a last rinse lubricant providing very low fiber/metal friction during sewing operations. Due to its low foaming properties it can be used in package, beam or jet equipment.

FLUFTONE® VS-2
Hydrophilic softener for cotton and polyester/cotton blends providing a soft full hand with excellent resistance to yellowing on whites and light shades. Provides a hydrophilic finish on cotton and polyester/cotton blends. Best applied by pad.

FLUFTONE® S-90/FLUFTONE® S-86/ FLUFTONE® S-99/ FLUFTONE® S-9940
Effective silicone softener. Imparts a very soft, slick hand to all fibers and specifically to cellulosics and its blends, improving abrasion and tear. Can be applied by pad or exhaust.

FLUFTONE® SH-RW / FLUFTONE® CHS
Effective, hydrophilic, low yellowing silicone softener. It imparts a very soft, slick hand to all fibers and specifically to cellulosics and its blends. Can be applied by pad or exhaust methods and is used in no-iron finishes to help improve needle-cutting, abrasion and tear strength. Can be used with soil release fluorochemicals with minimal effect on soil release.

FLUFTONE® OEC-WC
An excellent non-yellowing cationic softener providing a full, bulky hand on cellulosics and synthetics. Can be applied by pad or exhaust. Provides a hydrophilic finish on cellulosics as well as excellent needle cutting.

FLUFTONE® NYC
An excellent non-yellowing cationic softener providing a full, bulky hand. Can be applied by pad or exhaust.

FLUFTONE® KOB
Hydrophilic softener for 100% cotton and polyester/cotton blends or other natural fibers. Provides excellent resistance to yellowing on whites and light shades. Can be applied by exhaust, pad, or JEMCO.

FLUFTONE® 1043-S
Liquid softener and Sanforizing lubricant that does not promote color bleeding in finish bath. Excellent resistance to scorching and yellowing. Comp: Nonionic fatty blend. DOT: NR.

FLUFTONE® 1092
Cationic polyethylene emulsion. DOT: NR.

FLUFTONE® 1445
Cationic softener and lubricant. Produces a soft, silky hand while providing internal lubrication or drape. Good sewing characteristics. Does not promote thermal migration of disperse dyes. DOT: NR.

FLUFTONE® 1806
Product to improve beaming efficiency after indigo dyeing.

FLUFTONE® 1916
Cationic softener and lubricant designed for cotton and cotton blend fabrics, garments and towels. Provides a soft lofty hand with good absorbency and wicking with good brush out and shearing properties. Built in antistat helps to control static build up during processing.

FLUFTONE® 1885
Concentrated, economical cationic softener an lubricant designed to be used on cotton and a cotton blend fabrics and garments. Provides a very soft, drapy hand with good wicking and excellent absorbency. Accelerated heat ageing characteristics and scorch resistance are excellent. Internal lubricant properties provide good brush out and shearing properties while helping control static build-up during processing.

Fluorchemicals

BARPEL® 350
An excellent fluorochemical/extender blend for high performance oil and water repellency at economical costs. Compatible with most resins, catalysts and softeners used in water repellent finishes.

BARPEL® 2100
A durable oil and water repellent for synthetic and natural fibers. Can be applied by pad, or exhaust. This slight cationic fluorochemical imparts excellent oil resistance, water repellency and good abrasion.

BARPEL® GVC
Water repellent and fluorochemical extender. A resinous, reactive product for use on cotton, rayon, nylon, polyester and acrylics. It gives excellent water repellency, does not cause a harsh hand and does not affect shade, lightfastness or crock fastness.

BARPEL® 2000
A durable oil and water repellent for polypropylene and olefin blends. Can be cured at lower temperatures than most conventional flurochemicals. Provides excellent abrasion resistance. Can be applied by pad or spray.

BARPEL® SR900
A durable fluorochemical resin solution which imparts stain release properties to polyester and polyester/cotton blends. It imparts some oil repellency and water repellency during use, but allows removal of stain during washing.

BARPEL® SR-DA
A durable fluorochemical resin solution which imparts stain release properties to natural and synthetic fabrics. It imparts some oil repellency and water repellency during use, but allows removal of stain during laundry. Low VOC rating.

DYSOL PNO
A durable soil release agent for polyester which can be applied by exhaust in the dyebath or by a pad application. Imparts antistatic properties to polyester and polyester blends. Provides a hydrophilic finish on polyester.

Moisture Modifiers

AQUATEK UNO
A durable moisture modifier which imparts absorbency, wicking, and moisture transport to nylon fabric. Provides a very soft, luxurious hand on both nylon 6 and 6,6. Nylon fabrics which have the product applied to them have a quicker evaporation rate than typical nylon fabric. Application by exhaust ensures durability of greater than 50 HL. Can also be applied by pad. Application amount varies by weight of fabric and desire to have a durable finish.

Enzymes

APCOZYME CRS
Neutral cellulase enzyme blend. Excellent for use in garment washing to achieve abrasion with high contrast and good strength retention. Buffer required to achieve proper pH control.

APCOZYME 1925
Concentrated alpha amylase enzyme for use in desizing of fabrics and garments at low and medium process temperatures (120º F. - 160º F.). This product hydrolyzes starch present in sized garments or fabrics into soluble dextrins without damaging the textile fibers.

APCOZYME ACE
Cellulase enzyme; stabilized aqueous solution of active protein that catalyzes the hydrolysis of cellulose, cleaving the specific chemical bonds in the cellulose molecule, ultimately converting it to water soluble products.

APCOZYME 1776
Concentrated, granular encapsulated cellulase enzyme. Product provides consistent abrasion finishes with very good fiber tensile and tear retention while working at lower temperatures and faster abrasion times.

APCOZYME II-S
Pre buffered, granulated laccase enzyme used to bleach or reduce the indigo dye on denim textiles. This product will preferentially break down the indigo molecule, leaving behind any sulfur or other dyes that might be present. There is a tendency to have a grayish or antique look, as opposed to the light blue cast normally associated with sodium hypochlorite bleaching.
